Survey says...

As part of our latest webinar, "Empowering Records Management with Contextual Search," attendees were asked to weigh in on the following questions:

"Which of the following is most important to your Records Management program (multiple answers allowed)?"

-Storage
-Security
-Search and Retrieval
-Reporting and Oversight
-Integrity

"How confident are you in your ability to retrive electronic information (records and non-records)?"

-Extremely Confident
-Generally Confident
-Somewhat Confident
-Not At All Confident

An overwhelming majority of respondents (83%) cited "Search and Retrieval" as being vital to their Records Management program. Also, 54% were "Somewhat" or "Not At All Confident" of their ability to retrieve desired information.
