Global Manufacturer Successfully Completes First Phase of Accounts Payable Automation Initiative

announced today that Johns Manville has successfully deployed its Brainware Distiller™ solution for accounts payable invoice processing. Johns Manville, a Berkshire Hathaway company (NYSE:BKR.A, BRK.B), is a leading manufacturer and marketer of premium-quality products for building insulation, mechanical insulation, commercial roofing, and roof insulation, as well as fibers and nonwovens for commercial, industrial and residential applications.

The Brainware solution combines powerful classification, extraction, and search capabilities into a single platform that reads, sorts, extracts and validates invoice information with minimal human intervention. Brainware Distiller has been fully integrated to Johns Manville’s existing SAP ECC 6.0 ERP system and SAP workflow solution to process all incoming invoices for their U.S. and Canada operations.
